All rental payments, including deposits, are non-refundable once your unit has been rented or payment has been processed.

2.Prepaid Periods

If you vacate your unit early, refunds for unused days or months are not typically provided unless required by law or approved by management in special circumstances.

3.Processing Errors

If a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs, please contact us within 7 days at 306-234-2444 or email: freedom.storage@outlook.com for review and correction.
