All rentals are subject to the terms outlined in your Storage Rental Agreement, which will be provided at the time of booking or move-in. Website use does not replace or override the official rental agreement signed between Freedom Storage and the tenant.

Payments made through our website are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize Freedom Storage and our payment partners to process the transaction.

4.Delinquent Accounts

Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access to your storage unit and additional fees as outlined in your rental agreement.

5.Limitation of Liability

Freedom Storage is not responsible for any damages, losses, or theft of property stored on-site. Tenants are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for stored items.
